Everything on my screen is so BIG. Why do I have to scroll left and right to read the pages?

License Link Online(TM) is designed to fit a standard 800x600 screen size. If everything appears enlarged, then you are probably using the older 640x480 screen size. Follow these steps to make the necessary corrections:

For Windows '95, click on the following items:

1. Start

2. Settings

3. Control Panel

4. Display

5. Settings

6. Move the bar in the Desktop Area section to the right until it reads 800x600 resolution.

7. Press OK, and agree to save changes. (You may have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect)

For Windows 3.11 users: (windows for workgroups)

1. Exit Windows

2. Change directories to the Windows for Workgroups Directory (e.g. C:\WFW)

3. Type "Setup" and press enter (no quotes)

4. Change the System Display driver to 800x600

5. Save changes (You may have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect)

I've heard that PCIA.Com uses Java to scroll news headlines and announcements at the top of the page, but I can't see them. Why?

Yes, we use Java technology to help keep our viewers informed of the latest industry news and announcements. If you have trouble viewing the scrolling applet, then your browser probably does not support Java. Follow these steps to make the necessary corrections.
